Safeguarding

Safeguarding is a multi-user tool that allows NHS England staff and other Professionals to create, edit, manage and distribute the Safeguarding Missing from Known Address (MKA) form and the Missing Child/Family Alert (MCFA) form. Safeguarding validates the forms before saving and forms can be edited, printed or emailed. Safeguarding also allows staff to access the NHS Safeguarding policies easily; these are the Safeguarding policy, the Alert policy, the Mental Capacity Act (2015) and the Vulnerable Persons policy. The policies are presented together and cross-referenced, and contains internal and external links that will allow the user to quickly identify and locate the required information.
